Sherar Addis Hotel - Addis Ababa

The airport pick-up service was excellent! We received a prompt confirmation and the driver was waiting for us with a sign displaying our names. The hotel's fast email response was also greatly appreciated. we had a positive experience at Sherar Addis.

Wanted to explore Addis Ababa and this hotel was relaxing base for doing it. We enjoyed good restaurants on site.

We were pleased with the cleanliness and hotel facilities during our stay. The staff, from cleaning to reception, were very friendly and attentive. We loved the nice bathroom with a large whirlpool tub and shower. The breakfast was adequate to start the day without needing to seek out other dining options. The hotel's location was also convenient for transportation.

As longer term business travelers, we were pleased with the prime location in Bole center and its proximity to the airport. the hotel's new building and spacious rooms with nice design made for a comfortable stay. the staff at Sherar Addis Hotel were incredibly helpful and hardworking, especially the reception ladies. the shuttle service was reliable, and we enjoyed the decent drinks served at the rooftop bar. Good restaurants in the area provided convenient dining options.

Spent Christmas at this hotel and the holiday decorations were impressive. The staff was friendly and made the atmosphere festive. The breakfast buffet had a wide variety of food options to choose from. The room was spacious and clean, and the bed was comfortable to sleep in. The location was great, with many restaurants and shops within walking distance. The shuttle service was reliable and convenient for getting to nearby attractions.

The Wi-Fi connection was not stable in our room and kept cutting out. The noise from the nearby bar kept us up late at night, making it hard to get a good night's sleep.

The staff was friendly and always ready to assist. the rooms were well-maintained with good room service and the beds were very comfortable. As a bonus, the hotel provided Christmas-themed treats and gifts, which added to the holiday cheer. the location was perfect, within walking distance of several restaurants and shopping centers.

Traffic noise was quite loud, which detracted from the overall comfort of the room. the breakfast options were limited and basic compared to other hotels in the area.
